WEBINAR RECORDING: Pushing projection boundaries: UNESCO World Heritage Site [Part 1]

This webinar discusses the UNESCO World Heritage Site Inauguration of Diriyah, where the team produced a large-scale projection mapping show on the ancient city of world-record proportions. 1000 feet wide and 80 feet tall, and incorporating over 200 projectors powered by disguise systems, the surfaces of the ancient city served as a complex screen for the 25 minute show. Additionally, a 50-foot custom projection-mapped falcon puppet that was tracked and projected live.
 

Simón Anaya, Greg Russel and Vello Virkhaus from Xite Labs, who will talk through tales from the project including the creative process, the engineering of the Falcon, and the key role that disguise played throughout the project.
